We are all born caterpillars, but we all have it in us to become that butterfly we deserve and want to be. We just need the courage to go through our own metamorphosis and break free out of our chrysalis to become that beautiful butterfly. Furthermore, we can go through many changes in our lifetime, whilst shedding old beliefs. Just like the caterpillars shed many layers of skin that no longer need. Each transition when shedding its skin is a vulnerable time, but with comes the potential for new growth. Once the caterpillar has finished nourishing him/herself, it trusts the next process of the life cycle and completely de-constructs and dissolves from the inside out. Whilst waiting patiently in complete darkness, the light will enter will appear, and out will emerge a butterfly, feeling liberated and free to take flight and find true freedom within.
